This dedicated service is designed to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate transportation for vulnerable children and adults experiencing mental health crises.

Our new division aims to fill a crucial gap in the healthcare system by offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to the specific needs of individuals in crisis. Utilising a range of vehicles including secure cars, wheelchair vehicles, stretcher ambulances, and celled vehicles we can ensure the right vehicle is sent to the right patient, to address their individualised needs.
Our Secure Transport Services
- Secure Patient Transport: We provide secure transportation for patients requiring transfer to secure units across the country. Our highly trained staff ensure patient safety and well-being throughout the journey.
- Bed Watching Service: Our dedicated team offers a bed watching service, providing constant supervision and support to patients in hospital settings. This service is invaluable in preventing self-harm and ensuring patient safety.
- Ad-Hoc Social Care Transport: Working closely with our local authority partners we can provide very short notice ambulance transport for vulnerable children who have been removed under s.44 of the Childrens Act 1989.
